Following the official launch of BULLDOG & MAPLE last week, we have been blown away by the amazing feedback and response to what we are trying to build. We are unbelievably humbled and look forward to sharing more about our latest developments over the coming weeks and months.

At the heart of everything we do at BULLDOG & MAPLE is a passion to help founders and business leaders make an impact, think differently and achieve their full potential. A key part of bringing this to life is via our Associate community and the deep sector specific experience they provide.  

With this in mind, we are excited to be collaborating with Pauline Yau to help technology vendors providing cloud hosting, software and support grow their business and, more importantly, add greater value to government customers via the Digital Marketplace.  

After working with Pauline either directly, or in a partnership capacity, at organisations such as Huddle and Microsoft over the last 10 years, we are thrilled that she has joined the BULLDOG & MAPLE Associate community. She is one of the most creative sales leaders I have worked with and is going to have a huge impact on both our clients and the agency, directly.

Public Sector Focus

The initial project we are focusing on with Pauline aims to help cloud hosting, software and support suppliers enhance and grow their public sector business with a tailored sales and marketing solution.  

Success in public sector requires a deep understanding of the specific processes, key decision makers, communities, messaging and overall engagement strategies to drive business outcomes.

Built on top of the combined knowledge derived from successful public sector focused sales and marketing leadership roles within Huddle, Microsoft and pi-top, to name a few, our first sector specific package provides everything required to build and extend your business to the public sector.

The package includes the development of a comprehensive insight driven sales and marketing strategy, revenue and marketing objectives/KPIs, messaging framework and a 12 month tactical plan to integrate into your broader commercial plan for the year ahead. Sales workshops are also included to ensure your sales teams are fully prepared.

Beyond this, we can also work with you on an ongoing basis to oversee the implementation and execution of the marketing elements of the plan to ensure your organisation is successful. Additionally, we can also act as a sales lead for your organisation, or run additional workshops, to fine tune your sales engagement processes, where required.
